Gold, Silver, and Bitcoin are fetched live on every page load from a free, no-key data source. Nifty 50, Bank Nifty, CNX Nifty, and Nifty IT are shown as end-of-day closing values, updated once per trading day — not live. That's a deliberate choice, not a missing feature: NSE doesn't publish a public, key-free API for index data, and every workaround either scrapes nseindia.com directly (which breaks often and gets blocked) or needs a paid data key and a backend server this static site doesn't have. EOD close is accurate, simple, and won't silently break.
